This world exclusive picture show Osama bin Laden on a visit to Falun, Sweden in 1971. Local newspaper ÕFalu-KurirenÕ is positive that this is indeed Osama bin Laden. Osama, (2nd from right) is recognized in these pictures by several Falun locals, among them Christina and Lars Akerblad, who were the owners of hotel Astoria - where Osama and brother Salem stayed at a previous visit.
In all, 23 members of the wealthy bin Laden family visited Falun in 1971, while one of the elder brothers conducted business with Volvo. Osama is remembered as a quiet and reserved boys, who at 16 didnt really stands out in a crowd. The locals are now shocked to find the friendly boy grew into a famous enemy of USA.
